Opis:
Cztery żółwie w wyniku kontaktu z tajemniczą substancją uzyskują ludzkie rozmiary i umysł. Ich mentorem oraz opiekunem zostaje szczur Splinter.

Cztery małe żółwiki i szczur pod wpływem kontaktu z żelem zwanym Ooze mutują, rosną i chodzą jak ludzie. Szczur, który kiedyś obserwował wschodnie sztuki walki uczy żółwie jak walczyć i posługiwać się bronią. Wkrótce przyjdzie im wykorzystać swoje umiejętności. Miasto popada w ręce bandziorów, wielu młodych ludzi zapisuje się do gangu, którego przywódcą jest niejaki Shredder, dawny wróg szczura Splintera. Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo oraz Rafaello decydują się z nim walczyć. A jedyną osobą w mieście, która chce im pomóc jest dziennikarka April O'Neal.

Żółwie Ninja ruszają na ratunek swojej przyjaciółce, April, która nieumyślnie przeniosła się w czasie do siedemnastowiecznej Japonii, ogarniętej wojną partyzantów z feudalną władzą.

April O'Neal (Paige Turco) nieopatrznie zakupiła, zupełnie nieszkodliwą jak się jej zdawało, pamiątkę z Japonii. Lecz kiedy niechcący uwolniła magiczne moce zamknięte w starodawnym berle zostaje przeniesiona o 400 lat w czasie, do siedemnastowiecznej Japonii, rządzonej przez bezwzględnego cesarza i wierną mu świtę wojowników. Leonrdo, Raphael, Donatello i Michaelangelo mogą przenieść się w przeszłość, pokonać zastępy samurajów, uratować April z rąk oprawców i wrócić do domu na czas póki pizza jeszcze nie ostygła!
